Do not disassemble or modify batteries. Both batteries should be replaced at the same time. Be sure to replace them with new size AAA. LR03 (alkaline) batteries.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen battery power has run out, \u201c <img class=\"dis_battery_em\" src=\"https:\/\/web-manual.dit-daikin.com\/ra\/3P649406-16\/wp-content\/themes\/1st_manual\/images\/common\/dis_battery_em.png\" alt=\"Batteries icon\" \/> \u201d will begin blinking as an alert that the batteries need replacing. In some cases, when battery consumption is accelerated owing to usage conditions, signal reception may decline before \u201c <img class=\"dis_battery_em\" src=\"https:\/\/web-manual.dit-daikin.com\/ra\/3P649406-16\/wp-content\/themes\/1st_manual\/images\/common\/dis_battery_em.png\" alt=\"Batteries icon\" \/> \u201d begins blinking.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe batteries supplied with the remote controller are for initial operation. The batteries may run out in less than 1 year.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe usable period of the batteries may be short depending on the manufacture date of the air conditioner.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"tit_bold\">Notes on the remote controller<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"dot_li\">\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDo not drop the remote controller. Do not get it wet.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDust on the signal transmitter or receiver will reduce the sensitivity.
