About care and cleaning

CAUTIONCAUTION
  • Before cleaning, be sure to stop operation and turn off the circuit breaker.
  • Do not touch the aluminium fins of the indoor unit. If you touch those parts, it may cause an injury.

For cleaning, do not use any of the following (It may cause discolouration and deformation)

  • Water hotter than 40°C
  • Volatile liquid such as benzene, petrol , or thinner
  • Polishing compounds
  • Rough materials such as a scrubbing brush
We recommend periodic maintenance
  • In certain operating conditions, the inside of the air conditioner may get foul after several seasons of use, resulting in poor performance. It is recommended to have periodic maintenance done by a specialist in addition to regular cleaning by the user.
  • For specialist maintenance, please contact the dealer where you bought the air conditioner.
  • The maintenance cost must be borne by the user.

Prior to a long period of non-use
  • Operate the MOLD PROOF mode.

  • After operation stops, turn off the circuit breaker for the room air conditioner.
  • Clean the air filters and reattach them.

  • To prevent battery leakage, take out the batteries from the remote controller.
