: OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation

OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation lowers the noise level of the outdoor unit by changing the frequency and fan speed of the outdoor unit. This function is convenient during the night-time operation.

To start

: Tap ” ” on the screen.

The button appear a color.
The air conditioner can operated in ECONO operation combined with OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation.

NOTE

Notes on OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation

This function is available in COOL operation. (This is not available in FAN and DRY mode.)
POWERFUL operation cannot be used together with ECONO/COMFORT AIRFLOW/OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation. Priority is given to the function of whichever button is pressed last.
OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation will drop neither the frequency nor fan speed if the frequency and fan speed have been already dropped low enough.
This operation is performed with lower power and therefore may not provide a sufficient cooling effect.

To cancel

: Tap ” ” again.

The button color will return to normal.
The OUTDOOR UNIIT QUIET stop operation.
