Enabling/disabling the wireless LAN connecting adapter with the remote controller

To enable
  • Turn off the air conditioner before setting up wireless connection.
  • While operation is stopped, press Powerful and hold the button for 5 seconds.
    • “ SP ” appears on the LCD.
    • “ 1 ” (SP menu) blinks.

  • Press Temp up or Temp down and select SP menu 1.
  • Press Powerful to confirm the selected setting.
    • “ Select button upmark ” blinks briefly.
    • The wireless LAN connecting adapter lamp (orange) blinks for one second.

  • Press Cancel to return to the default screen.

Notes on the SP-3 menu

  • The SP-3 menu cannot be used on this air conditioner, so you do not need to activate it. If you accidentally activated this menu, the wireless LAN connecting adapter lamp blinks constantly. Please follow the steps below to solve the problem. There are 2 ways to deactivate the SP-3 menu.
    1)
    Turn off the wireless LAN connecting adapter and then turn it on again.
    2)
    Turn off the air conditioner circuit breaker and then turn it on again.

  • While operation is stopped, press Powerful and hold the button for 5 seconds.
    • “ SP ” appears on the LCD.
    • “ 1 ” (SP menu) blinks.

  • Press Temp up or Temp down and select SP menu off.
  • Press and hold Powerful for 2 seconds to confirm the selected setting.
    • “ Select button upmark ” blinks briefly.
    • The wireless LAN connecting adapter lamp (orange) goes off.
